Clients are responsible for promptly providing accurate updates when material changes occur in their corporate structure, controllers or business operations. Further information or documents may be requested to support a profile refresh.
Onboarding and transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable law and regulation. FIDERE cooperates with competent authorities where legally required.
